Disclosure Framework

The Association of Global Custodians (AGC) is an informal group of 8 global custodian banks that are major providers of securities custody and trade settlement services to institutional investors worldwide. The purpose of the AGC questionnaire is to gather basic, factual information on an annual basis concerning foreign depositories in order to assist members in preparing the risk analyses required under SEC Rule 17f-7.
