JASDEC Announced Expected Change of Book-Entry Transfer Fee Schedule Regarding Stock Certificates in April |

JASDEC decided to change the fee schedule
for participants (securities companies, banks, etc.) regarding the book-entry
transfer of stock certificates, etc. from the present tariff based on the
number of shares to the number of book-entry transfers. New fee schedule
will be announced in February and be implemented in April 2005.
