Reform of Corporate Structure

Tokyo-22 June, 2009-JASDEC has announced today the establishment of “Post-trade Services” unit. JASDEC has been providing trade and settlement matching service since September 2001. In order to satisfy the increasing demand for enhancing the efficiency and reducing cost of the securities market, JASDEC decided to establish a new business unit “Post-trade Services” by reorganizing the business planning department. “Post-trade Services” unit will promote adopting ISO20022 and SWIFTNet together with introducing new services in the post-trade arena such as enhancing the consolidated service with Omgeo.
