Rating information is based on ratings provided by R&I and JCR (as of 4:30 p.m. on the day of bond issuance) with priority given to R&I. Issuers not rated by either agency are excluded from calculations. Information is displayed as follows: "<a-1+(R&I:a-1+/JCR:j-1+)>,<a-1(R&I:a-1/JCR: j-1 )>,<a-2 or lower (R&I:a-2 or lower/JCR:j-2 or lower)>" |
