Certificate of Registered Matters that officially confirms registration of incorporation or any document similar thereto. (Please attach a Japanese translation.)

The Certificate of Registered Matters must be submitted to JASDEC within 3 months from the date it was issued.

Documents to be submitted by the applicant certifying the power and the signature of the representative of the applicant. (Please attach a Japanese translation.)

The Documents must be submitted to JASDEC within 3 months from the date they are issued.

Documents to that the applicant must be the entity mentioned under Article 44 Paragraph 1 Item 13 of the Act on Book-Entry Transfer of Company Bonds, Stocks, etc. (Act No.75 of 2001).

1. Please note that an entity applying for the Foreign Indirect Account Management Institution regarding Book-Entry Transfer System for CP must meet the following requirement(s).
   The applicant must be the entity mentioned under Article 44 Paragraph 1 Item 13 of the Act on Book-Entry Transfer of Company Bonds, Stocks, etc. (Act No.75 of 2001).

1. Article 44 Paragraph 1 Item 13 (extraction from the provisional translation of the Act on Book-Entry Transfer of Company Bonds, Stocks, etc.)
   The person designated by the competent ministers who has received license or registration or other disposition similar to these for managing corporate bonds, etc. or rights similar to corporate bonds, etc. of others in foreign countries pursuant to the provisions of laws and ordinances in the foreign countries.

Notes on Application Procedures

1. An applicant should appoint a Contact Person, who communicates with JASDEC for the applicant relating to the Book-Entry System for CP who has an address in Japan.

1. An applicant should complete the Application Form and submit it to JASDEC via the applicant's Contact Person in Japan.
