Fees payable on issuance of short-term corporate bonds
The fees payable on the issuance of short-term corporate bonds equates to the sum of (1) and (2) below.

New record service fees
The issuer bears the cost of the administration of the information of the issue and administration of the balance of issue from the time of issuance until the time of redemption. For further details please refer to the "Example of new record service fees calculation". -

Book-entry transfer service fees
On issuance, the issuer bears the cost for processing for changing the details recorded in the Transfer Account Book in response to each issue undertaken.- ¥ 100/ transaction in the case of DVP settlement
- ¥ 50/ transaction in the case of non-DVP settlement
