DVP settlement system for NETDs is a system designed to realize secure settlement of funds and reduce capital risks related to securities settlement through linking the delivery of securities with the payment of settlement amount for NETDs systematically

In the case of NETDs (non-exchange transaction deliveries), the delivery of securities and the payment of settlement amount for NETDs are made individually. DVP settlement system for NETDs ensure safety of the settlement through the linkage of the book-entry transfer of securities and the payment of funds. (DVP is a system of settlement that ensures safety of the settlement by linking the delivery of securities with the payment of settlement amount mutually.)

The DVP settlement system for NETDs has been operated since May 2004 by JASDEC DVP Clearing Corporation (JDCC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of JASDEC.
